Dr. Alexander F. Castellanos
Alexander F. Castellanos, M.D.,
is a graduate from the Stanford, University School of
Medicine. Dr. Castellanos received his training at Stanford,
USC, UCSF, Queens Square –London, England (Neurology),
and IMAN - Mexico City (Pediatrics)
Dr. Castellanos spent eight years as a trauma room physician.
During the last 18 years, he has developed proactive investigations
in the specialty of family medicine. As a result, he has
been able to assist thousands of patients in preventing
and reversing cardiovascular disease. Recently Dr. Castellanos’
practice was chosen by Stanford University for research
collaboration for the risk assessment of cardiovascular
disease.
His goal as a physician is to alleviate barriers that
exist between patient and physician, to motivate patients
for better health.
He is a member of several recognized medical associations.
Dr. Castellanos is also a recognized Instructor of Medical
Students and Nurse Practitioners from Stanford, UCSF,
UCD, and USF

Dave Anderson, PA-C
Dave Anderson
received his degree in Physician Assistant Sciences at Saint Francis University in Loretto, Pennsylvania. He has been working as a physician assistant for ten and a half years, with over eight of those years in family practice. He moved to the north county six years ago, where he now lives with his wife and four boys. Dave understands the enormous importance of truly listening to his patients. He is thrilled to be working with Dr. Castellanos and has embraced proactive medicine.
Carol Alexander, Skin Care Specialist
I received my Estheticians License in 2002 and opened a Day Spa in Cambria in
February of 2003. I furthered my education by attending the Dermal Institute in Los Angeles, California for various esthetician classes. I also attended several continuing education classes at Aesthetics International in Woodlake Village, California.
In 2005 I went to classes to lean how to perform light chemical peels and began to give them at my spa.
In 2007,after several years of working as an esthetician at my Spa I started Rejuvination with Dr. Castellanos performing light chemical peels in his office.
Linda Bjornson, MS, RN, GNP
Linda graduated from USF in nursing in 1991. She recently graduated with her Master’s degree from UCSF as a Nurse Practitioner. Linda is trained in both adults and geriatrics with a specialty in geriatrics. Linda has written an article on urinary tract infections in the elderly that was recently accepted for publication in a peer reviewed Nurse Practitioner journal. She has also been selected to review other articles for submission to this journal. Linda and her husband live in the North county with their dogs, and enjoy growing sunflowers, camping, skiing and sports car racing. Linda is thrilled to be working with Dr. Castellanos and with his preventative, proactive care model.
